We read carefully, and we decide slowly.

Not all manuscripts are meant to be published here.

We are interested in work that:

— does not rush toward conclusions

— can remain coherent without persuasion

— is written with responsibility rather than urgency

— does not require explanation to justify its existence

We do not consider:

— works written primarily to argue a position

— trend-driven or topical responses

— manuscripts designed for rapid consumption

— projects that require extensive framing or branding to function
